研究焦點

1. 回顧綜整有關永續消費與生產、永續食物供應鏈轉型、合作商業模式與治理、農電共生與環境永續等最新國際研究；
2. 全盤回顧臺灣與食物供應鏈相關之農業與農地政策(包括大糧倉計畫與淨零排放政策)；
3. 透過深入訪談，評析臺灣在地農企業合作商業模式之成功運作方式；
4. 嘗試轉移國內外成功之合作商業模式，推動在地小農成功經營模式；
5. 分析農電共生發展對於臺灣糧食供給與農地永續性之影響；
6. 透過跨國交流合作及移地研究，檢視不同國內外案例、政策及法令如何推動永續食物供應鏈轉型；
7. 整合研究成果，建構公私夥伴關係，提出臺灣永續食物供應鏈轉型之相關政策建議。

Research focus

1. Review and summarize the latest research on sustainable consumption and production, sustainable food supply chain transformation, cooperative business models and governance,  agro-photovoltaic, and environmental sustainability;
2. Comprehensive review of Taiwan’s agricultural and farmland policies related to the food supply chain (including the Big Granary Program and Net-zero Policy);
3. Through in-depth interviews, evaluate the successful operation of Taiwan’s local agricultural enterprise cooperation business model;
4. Attempt to transfer the domestic and international successful cooperative business models to local small farmers;
5. Analyze the impact of agro-photovoltaic on Taiwan’s food supply and agricultural land sustainability;
6. Through international exchanges, cooperation, and on-site research, examine how different domestic and international cases, policies, and laws promote the transformation of sustainable food supply chains;
7. Integrate research results, form public-private partnerships, and propose relevant policy recommendations for transforming Taiwan’s sustainable food supply chain.
