Backcasting and visioning workshop in Thailand

Phuket stakeholders envision sustainable future for restaurant supply chains

Stakeholders in Phuket were invited to a visioning and back-casting workshop on July 2, 2024 by the Thailand Hub and the Thailand Organic Consumer Association (TOCA), a key practice partner of the CO-SFSC project.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Twenty-two stakeholders from the agriculture sector, restaurant and hospitality industry, governmental sector, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand attended.

Participants were encouraged to envision a sustainable organic restaurant supply chain of the future and develop plans to make this vision a reality.
